Open from April 15 to October 15 every year, our resort is for Class A motorcoaches-only, that are more than 30 feet long and in like-new condition.

Deluxe Tier 2
Some concrete pads, concrete patios, BBQ grill or fire pit, nice patio furniture, located on upper levels.
Concrete pads and patios, BBQ grill and fire pit, deluxe patio furniture, back-in sites on lower tier.
Concrete pads and patios, BBQ grill and fire pit, deluxe patio furniture, located on upper levels.
Back in on Tier 1, concrete pad and patio, shade structure, outdoor kitchen, firepit and deluxe patio furniture.
After placing a reservation request using our online form, you will receive a phone call. We will confirm the dates and process a deposit. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours, send us an email or give us a call.
For cancellations, guests must cancel by 4 p.m. two days prior to your arrival and will include a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within two days will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
Special Holiday Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by 4 p.m. two weeks prior to your arrival and will include a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the two weeks will result in the full deposit being forfeited. Holiday dates are reservations that include the dates of July 1 – July 7.
Rates for Two People
An additional fee of $5.35 ($5.00 + tax) will be charged for every extra person. Individuals aged six and under are FREE.
There are no refunds for early checkouts.
PETS ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE RULES AND BE COURTEOUS OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. NO MORE HAN TWO PETS ARE ALLOWED. FAILURE TO OBSERVE THE PET POLICY WILL RESULT IN EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND. Pets must be kept on a maximum 6 foot leash and be under control at all times. For your pet's enjoyment we have a fenced in dog run where they can be off their leash. Pets are not to be tied to any trees. Please clean up after your pet. Pets are not to be left unattended at your site or in the dog run. Anyone leaving them unattended will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. Pets are not allowed in the playground, pool area or the main buildings. Pets are to leave the Resort whenever the owner leaves. AGGRESSIVE BARKING OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. AMERICAN BULL DOG, AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINCHER AND ROTTWEILER BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. DOG FENCES OR TEMPORARY ENCLOSURES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
