Reservations, Cancellations, and Pet Polices
Policies are in place for the convenience and safety of everyone. Please read and agree.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Cancellations are only accepted over the phone and by a live person. If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive the answering machine, please leave a message and we will get back to you. Your reservation is not canceled until you hear back from a staff member at the Polson Motorcoach Resort.
Short Term (1-4 nights) deposit fee: one night
Cancellation fee: $50
Must cancel 4 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
Mid Term (5-13 nights) deposit fee: 50% of estimated cost of stay
Cancellation fee: Cost of one night’s stay.
Must cancel six weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
Long Term (14 nights and up) deposit fee: 50% of estimated cost of stay
Cancellation fee: $300
Must cancel 8 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
Special Holiday Cancellation Policy
Holiday and Event Weekend Cancelation Policy
Holiday and event weekends such as Memorial Day: (May 24-28) July 4th: (June 30-July 8) Labor Day: (Aug.30-Sept.3) have special cancellation requirements. If your stay falls within the time frame mentioned above, you must cancel your reservation an additional two weeks from the original cancellation time frame to avoid losing your deposit. Other special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with the Polson Motorcoach Resort for details.
Additional Guests
Rates quoted are for two people. An additional fee of $5.40 ($5.00 + tax) will be charged for every extra person. Individuals aged six and under are FREE.
Refunds
There are no refunds for early checkouts.
Pet Policy
PETS ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE RULES AND BE COURTEOUS OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. NO MORE THAN TWO PETS ARE ALLOWED. FAILURE TO OBSERVE THE PET POLICY WILL RESULT IN EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
Pets must be kept on a maximum 6 foot leash and be under control at all times. For your pet’s enjoyment we have a fenced in dog run where they can be off their leash. Pets are not to be tied to any trees.
Please clean up after your pet. Pets are not to be left unattended at your site or in the dog run. Anyone leaving them unattended will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. Pets are not allowed in the main buildings. Pets are to leave the Resort whenever the owner leaves. AGGRESSIVE BARKING OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. AMERICAN BULL DOG, AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINCHER, MASTIF AND ROTTWEILER BREEDS OR ANY MIX OF THESE BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. DOG FENCES OR TEMPORARY ENCLOSURES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
